Step 1 & 2

Loosen and remove Swagelok™ or Hoke™ fitting and withdraw the air tubing from the fitting.

Step 3 & 4

Insert the end of Airsafe 1000 Shaft into the fitting and secure the nut finger-tight. For the 1000-P push-to-connect, simply push the shaft into the push-to-connect fitting until securely engaged by the locking fingers.

Step 5 & 6

Slide the cap over the nut or push-to-connect fitting and swing the blocking arm into place engaging the shaft, apply your lock and tag. That’s all there is to it. Easy, secure, visible, and safe!
